Dr. Seth Smart was born and raised in Brainerd, Minnesota, where his lifelong passion for health and wellness first took root. As an active kid growing up playing baseball and basketball through high school, Seth relied on chiropractic care at a young age to stay in the game and recover from the bumps and bruises of sports- an experience that sparked his interest in the field and set him on the path to becoming a chiropractor himself.

Seth began his academic journey at Brainerd Community College before going to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology. He then pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota, graduating in 1998.

Since then, Dr. Smart has been dedicated to helping his patients live healthier, more active lives- drawing on his own experience as an athlete to understand the importance of movement, recovery, and injury prevention.

When he's not in the office, Dr. Smart loves spending time outdoors- whether he's fishing, hunting, or out on the golf course. Above all, he cherishes time spent with his family and friends, staying true to the same small-town Minnesota roots that shaped him.
